  1. Add all of the ingredients (except for jam) to the mixing bowl and knead the dough.
  2. Wrap into the wrapping foil and chill in the fridge for min. 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough, into the flour-covered surface, into 2mm thickness. Cut out the cookies. Using the smaller cutter, cut another shape in the middle of half of the already cut cookies.
  4. Transfer to the baking pan lined with the baking sheet and bake for 10-12min in 180°C. Cool to the room temp.
  5. Spread jam on one half of the cookie and cover with another with cut out shape.
