e love waffles! And honestly who doesn't? The recipe I'm sharing with you today, makes a perfect, healthy alternative to the traditional waffles! It also allows you to sneak and extra veggie portion to your meal.
You can serve them both ways: sweet and savory. We enjoyed them with some more spinach (YAY!), avo, strawberries and sriracha :)
Spinach waffles recipe
Preheat your waffle iron.
Blend all of the ingredients together. Pour the mixture into the hot iron, one ladle at the time. Bake for 2-3.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
