Chia jars make delicious, healthy snack or breakfast. They are colorful, taste wonderful and are super easy to make!
oday I want to share with you my favorite recipes for chia jars. I have them almost everyday, as they are healthy, absolutely delicious and so easy to make!
You can always get creative, by adding some beautiful layers of you favorite smoothies or fruits. They make a perfect lunch at work if you just close the jar with a lid.
Check out my favorite recipes!
Basic Chia Pudding
Mix all of the ingredients together in a small container with a lid (jar or Tupperware). Set in the fridge overnight, or for at least 1h.
Blood Orange Chia Jar
Squeeze the juice from the blood orange and mix with chia pudding.
In the jar, slice some more oranges and stick them around. Pour the chia pudding. Top with more bloo orange slices, mint leaves and edible pansies.
Kiwi Matcha Chia Jar
Blend kiwi, banana, matcha and baobab. Set aside.
In the jar, stick some kiwi slices around and pour the chia pudding. Add the kiwi smoothie. Top with almonds and coconut flakes.
Raspberry Nice Cream Chia Jar
For the raspberry puree, blend 1/3 cup of raspberries. Mix your puree with chia pudding and pour into the jar.
For the nice cream blend frozen raspberries and banana. Using the ice cream scoop, scoop the nice cream and top your jar. Decorate with raspberries, mint or basil leaves and freeze-dry raspberries.
Strawberry Ombre Chia Jar
For the strawberry puree, blend 3/4 cup of strawberries, you can add 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Divide your chia pudding into 3 containers. Add the strawberry puree to regulate the color: 1st container should be the darkest, 2nd medium and the last almost white pink.
In the jar, stick slices of strawberries around, and layer your pudding starting with the darkest. Top with strawberries and coconut flakes.
