  1. Mix all of the ingredients together. Form balls and roll them in cocoa powder. Chill in the fridge until firm.

  1. Prepare the chocolate mould. I used the silicon ice cube mould from Ikea. Cover them with a layer of melted chocolate and set in the freezer.
  2. In the meantime, prepare your matcha filling. Combine honey, matcha, cream cheese and spirulina until smooth.
  3. Take out your mould and fill with the matcha filling. Leave a little gap to seal them with chocolate. Set in the freezer for 30 min.
  4. Take the mould out again and spread the remaining chocolate to seal your pralines. Leave in the freezer until firm.

Lemon - coconut bliss balls

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together, except for the almonds. Scoop the mixture, place the whole almond inside and form a ball. Chill in the fridge until firm. Dip in white chocolate and chill in the fridge again.

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Add remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Form balls and roll each in coconut. Transfer the balls to refrigerator or freezer and chill until set. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
