Whole wheat sunflower bread is a very nutritious and wonderful add on to your breakfast. The hint of cinnamon makes it taste even better!
am not a very big fan of baking bread, but recently I found this activity very relaxing. There is something soothing and very satisfying, while watching it grow, and the smell during baking filling the whole apartment reminds me somehow about my childhood.
We also got a little tired of the traditional danish bread, rugbrød, which for me just overwhelms the taste of any sandwich! Instead of tasting the toppings, you have in mouth mostly the taste of the bread itself, which is just too powerful.
This sunflower loaf makes a perfect bread for any sandwich! A dash of cinnamon gives it a very interesting and original taste. Additionally, it's so good that you can just eat it with a smear of butter on top :) It's soft and just melts in your mouth!
I really recommend it!
