T he holiday is over and I'm back in Denmark. After almost a month of pure relax, it's time to comeback to the reality. During my time in Poland I had a chance to get a lot of amazing food to help me continue with my diet. Our cupboards are stacked with groats, seeds, whole wheat pasta, pickles, as well as fresh tomatoes, cucumber and eggs.
Today I decided to make a delicious twist on egg dish, as I got a bit tired of scrambled eggs ;) The other reason was, that I really wanted to try my new heat-proof dish from the polish pottery manufacture- Boleslawiec. I hope you will enjoy the final effect.
