F irst time I tried tuna wrap, was at some lunch buffet in the fish restaurant. I really enjoyed the taste and simplicity of that dish. The only thing that bother me, was adding some much mayo in the filling. That's why I decided to create my own, healthy version, which is as delicious, as the one you can find in restaurants! I love making it for breakfast, it's full of protein and keeps you going for hours. I added some raisins and walnuts to it, to give it something extra. You can try it with cranberries or green olives instead.
