Overnight oats is a great option for busy people: mix all of the ingredients before bed, and enjoy a delicious pudding for breakfast next morning!

T oday we finally got a glimpse of sun! The Danish weather can be really depressing and gloomy... Even though it's mid summer, it's still quite cold and rainy outside.

I'm also not a type of person that gets up easily, I need some extra time for stretching and checking my phone in the morning. That's why I often have some pre-made breakfast in the fridge. Overnight oats is a super easy, tasty and satisfying meal, that will keep you full for hours. It's great for busy (or lazy) mornings, where you just want to grab something from the fridge and go.

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and set in the fridge for the night. Next day stir the pudding with a spoon and add toppings.
